Georgia is such a magical journey in the fall! The mountains and lakes are like a jewel box with all the changing leaf colors. We just recently started taking our camper and enjoying the serenity of the woods, lakes, campfires and all the beautiful state parks!

The mountaineering trails of Asamagatake, known since ancient times as a sacred site of Shugendo, allow visitors to walk through a mountainous area surrounded by beautiful nature and visit historical shrines and Buddhist temples. Amid clear streams, waterfalls and seasonal scenery, this is a space where visitors can refresh their body and mind while experiencing the spirit of mountain worship.

Estrela is my favorite neighborhood in Lisbon and the place that made me fall in love with the city!

This map acts a little guide for a day trip, with some of my favorite spots for food and drinks, plus some amazing spots for views! Everything's close by, so walking around is easy and fun, but taking the famous number 28 tram will help you out if you legs aren't feeling it while still giving you a great taste of the neighborhood and its little streets and colorful corners. Either way it's a guaranteed good time and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Estrela - Lisbon

This place is special to me because I'm in awe that such a little strip of coastline can hold all this abundance of wildlife and wonder. In one stroll you can experience ALL the weather, hike the trails, swim or enjoy the ocean, shop for eclectic local wares, eat home made food, and drink a locally brewed beverage. My children often have their classes on the sand dunes or watching the salmon spawn in the fall. I'm very grateful to live here.

A Day in Davis Bay

Toshogu Shrine is not the only Nikko!

There are no streetlights, and at night it gets really dark.

But because of that, you can see a star-filled sky.
It is a comfortable environment for animals.
We can enjoy various views in spring, summer, fall, and winter.

Since Corona dawned, Nikko, a world-class tourist destination, has been visited by many guests, and with the opening of Fairfield by Marriott Tochigi Nikko and Rakuten STAY VILLA Nikko in Kirifuri, many guests from Japan as well as from overseas have visited and stayed at the hotel, and we have received various comments from them. We have received a variety of comments from our guests.

The town of Owase, in southern Mie Prefecture. The Kuroshio Current stretches out in front of the town, while the Odaishan mountain range, which boasts one of the highest rainfalls in Japan, rises in the background. There are many delicious foods, including fish landed daily at Maehama. There are also many good restaurants. Enjoy visiting the shops while visiting the sea, the mountains and the World Heritage Site Kumano Kodo.

This place is special to me because I now call it home. Two years ago we moved from the city of Bordeaux, to this golden sweet wine producing region of France where the fall morning mist causes the grapes to have “noble rot”, creating a high concentration of sugar in the grapes before they’re picked and made into wine. The landscapes are beautiful here. Sauternes is home to Chateau Yquem, a wine so special, that it’s the only Premier Grand Cru classé “Superior” in the world.

Kansas City is special to me because I moved here blindly for an internship and now 2 years later, I have fallen in love with this amazing little city. I didn't know what I was moving to - wheat? Cows? There's that if you drive out long enough, but turns out there's great food, great beer, and an amazing art community right outside my doorstep. It's been pleasant surprise every single day!

What to See in KC

I visited Chiang Mai Thailand last December and I just instantly fall in love with this beautiful and relaxing city. I love the mountains, the trees, elephants, food and shopping! I use yellow as my main colour as the colour of yellow reminded me my favourite noodle soup from Chiang Mai: Khao soui (Curry noodle soup). I love illustrate map because it bring back the happy and beautiful memories if the subject is the country or city I've visited before or give me hope and expectation if the subject is the country I've never visited before.

The Shoalhaven is a special place to me because it's one of the most magical place in the world and it has changed my life! I have met people there that have been so inspiring and I've experienced so many great things that it literally influenced the way I live today. I've been living a nomadic life for 6 years now travelling across 4 continents and nowhere else in the world have I seen so many pristine beaches and native wildlife in such a small area. Can you believe there are more than 100 beaches in less than 160km (100miles) of coast?! And how about meeting kangaroos, wombats, cockatoos, dolphins, whales and many more birds and animals almost on a daily basis?! You thought that would be it but you can also see powerful blowholes, impressive waterfalls, visit significant cultural places, eat at great vegetarian cafes, hike in the bush, surf... A friend of mine living in Huskisson one day described it as "living in Paradise"... well I totally agree on that!

Map is projected as a view from space and details the world roughly from the Equator to the North Pole and from California to India. Flora, fauna, historic events, cultural artifacts, and indigenous people are represented pictorially. The Sargasso Sea is illustrated in the middle of the Atlantic. Includes inset views illustrate places and moments of special interest including mirages in the Pacific, a ship burning at sea, Niagara Falls, Chicago, oil wells, gold mining, Hindu cremation, Chinese Junks, Tuareg warriors, an avalanche, etc. also includes lists of the nations and maritime flags.
