The stamp rally saves your collected points (stamps) within the browser you are using. Because this information is stored on your device rather than on a server, your collected points may be lost depending on your browser settings or actions.
To make the most of the stamp rally, please check the following before you start.
Before You Begin
- Turn on location services (GPS).
For GPS-based stamp rallies, stamps cannot be earned unless location tracking is enabled.
How do I allow the use of location services (GPS)?
- Open the page in Safari or Chrome.
In other browsers, your collected points will not be saved and will be lost.
- Turn off Private Browsing (Incognito mode).
Points are not saved during Private Browsing, so please be sure to turn it off before you begin.
- Do not open the page in an in-app browser.
Points are not saved correctly in the “in-app browsers” that open inside apps such as social media or QR code reader apps. Please reopen the page in Safari or Chrome before using it.
While You Are Playing
To avoid losing your collected points, please do not do any of the following during the stamp rally period:
- Delete your browser history, cookies, or website data
- Switch to a different browser or a different device
