Released Stroly Viewer v21.0.0

Hello,

This is Aoki from the Stroly development team.

It’s a beautiful time of year for cherry blossoms.
In the southern part of Wakayama Prefecture where I live, they reached full bloom about 10 days ago and are still blooming beautifully.

The photo shows the cherry blossom tree planted below our mountain field in early April.
It’s growing vigorously, absorbing the fertilizer that flows down from the field above.
Every year, I look forward to eating lunch under this tree while enjoying the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

Do you all have something special you look forward to every spring?

Now, I would like to introduce today’s release information.

Stroly Viewer has been Renewed

The main changes are as follows:

  • The display method for main information has been changed from window display to drawer display.
  • It has become easier to narrow down spot categories.
  • Category buttons can be scrolled by swiping left and right.
  • Access to event information has been made easier.
  • You can now switch to information about different spots by flicking the spot drawer left or right.
    • This can be useful for browsing spot information with purposes such as “What kind of spots are there?”.
  • The map state is now retained, so when you access it again, you can start from the previous state (center, zoom level).
  • Since the spot details are now in a drawer, the content display area has been expanded.
  • You can now easily switch languages from the “…” icon.
  • With this release, the UI has been mainly changed to a drawer-based design, and the drawer can now be expanded to a certain extent towards the top of the screen.

You can change the height of the drawer by flicking or swiping the handle, so please give it a try.

Stroly plans to implement various updates in the future.
We hope you will continue to enjoy Stroly.
