Release of the Latest Version of Stroly Viewer v18.0.0 and Tokyo Innovation Base Area Map

Hello, this is Aoki from the Stroly development team. This year’s rainy season is quite tough with both heat and humidity making it hard to go outside.

Recently, I’ve become very interested in stationery and planners. About seven years ago, I was also into stationery, but I recently started managing my daily work tasks in an analog way, which rekindled my passion for stationery.

Currently, I use a Maruman Mnemosyne 197 (A6 ring notebook) to write down my daily schedule, development tickets that need code reviews, and tasks that don’t have tickets but still need to be done.

For personal use, I use a Traveler’s Notebook to jot down recipes, list restaurants that can be useful when entertaining guests, and fill it with personal information. I also scrapbook packaging from purchased items, attach flyers obtained during trips, and paste photos to create travel records.

When it comes to writing instruments, I’m particular about the feel of writing. When writing a significant amount, I use a dip pen with fountain pen ink. Unlike ballpoint pens, the ink doesn’t come out at a consistent density, giving the written words a unique look. I also enjoy the feeling of the pen nib scratching the paper.

Currently, I own about five types of fountain pen inks. I haven’t fallen deep into the world of inks yet. Probably.

You might wonder, “An analog approach for a web engineer?” But writing by hand helps clear my mind. If you ever feel stuck, try writing down your thoughts on paper.

Now, let me introduce today’s release details.

Fixed the position shift of spot icons when displaying long spot titles.

Previously, when spot titles were long, the spot icons would shift from their set position. This has been corrected.
