Hello, this is Uchiyama, a Stroly engineer.
Since the New Year’s holiday, I have been staying indoors and not exercising, which I thought was a bad idea, so I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood. However, when I think it is nice and sunny, it is quite cold due to radiative cooling, so I will continue to be conflicted again.
The photo has nothing to do with this article, but it is a picture taken on New Year’s Day when I went to Mitake-san (Mount Mitake) in Tokyo. It was sunny and the scenery was nice and pleasant. It was a mild winter, so it did not feel too cold, and there is a cable car, etc. It is a very nice place for a change of pace, so I recommend it.
