If location information (GPS) is not shown on Viewer, there is a possibility that your device’s location service settings are not available. Please ensure that location sharing is enabled in the settings screen when using a browser application.
Also, please make sure that your current location is within the range of the map. The map uses the mapping points you’ve added as clues to get the map’s location information. The GPS should be covering the entire map if you’ve added the mapping points correctly.
In addition, check again if you have registered the corners of the map as mapping points. Adding mapping points to the four corners will allow the map to capture more accurate information about your current location.
