Established in September 1990, this park was created as a place to understand the relationship between flowers and people, based on the philosophy of the International Garden and Greenery Exposition, held at Tsurumi Ryokuchi in Osaka from April 1 to September 30, 1990. The park is guided by three principles: "Rest with Flowers," "Learn from Flowers," and "Connect through Flowers." In addition to seasonal gardens such as the Rose Garden, Clematis Garden, Peony Garden, and Christmas Rose Garden, visitors can enjoy a large greenhouse filled with year-round attractions. The park also features a lawn plaza and event square where markets and outdoor events are held, as well as facilities for rental, such as training rooms, an event hall, and Hana no Kobo (Flower Workshop), which is equipped for crafts, gardening, and cooking. These facilities host a variety of events. Please note that the park's opening hours vary by season.
