In fully crowded Tofuku-ji Temple, this is a hidden peaceful spot where you can enjoy the contrast of red autumn leaves and green moss. In the artistic garden, 75 stones are placed as if they are radiating light.

Renge-ji Temple

The temple is popular for its “Picture Frame Garden”. The garden features “painting-like” views thanks to its framed architecture. The stone called "funa(ship)-ishi(stone)" set in the pond looks so real that it will make you feel like its about to move at any moment!

Bright red, yellow, golden brown, and translucent white leaves! Visit and enjoy the different autumn color shades of maple trees and foliage!

An intact forest in the middle of the city. Leaves change color so slowly here that you can enjoy them even until the month of December.

The sound of flowing water always brings up pleasant feelings. Currently, one of the best gardens and all thanks to master craftsmanship!

The garden looks remarkable from any direction, and all angle become its front.

Locals love to spend their time off relaxing here. Don’t miss the golden carpet of huge ginkgo tree leaves!

Love fall foliage = A shrine located along the valley. The trees that grow naturally here turn into vivid red.

“Sakasa Momiji”, the red leaves reflecting on a pond is such a stunning view! The illuminated autumn foliage at night looks mysterious and beautiful.
